White House Home Inventory realizes your home and circumstances are as unique as you are. Therefore, we tailor our services to your needs. In order to serve you better we suggest an initial in home consultation to get to know one another and to become more familiar with the particulars of your situation.

We provide a 1 hour in home consultation for a small fee. If you elect White House to do your home inventory the fee will be deducted from your final invoice. We kindly request a 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep the appointment.

White House Heirloom Inventory Portfolio Includes:

• Each tangible item will be labeled to identify for the executor who will receive your treasured belongings.
• Written inventory with item identification provided in hard copy and on CD.
• Digital still photographs for all cataloged items provided in hard copy and on CD.
• A blank copy of “The Family Love Letter” to record important information about your assets, at your leisure.

Additional Services

• Storage of Your Inventory
  We can store your information on CD for the period of 1 year in our media fire safe at no additional charge to you. We will only store the information if you make the request at the time of original service, otherwise all content is destroyed.
  
  In the event that you incur a loss we can:
  • Provide you with a copy
  • Send it directly to your insurance agent or the police department upon your request.

There is no charge for storing your inventory or sending out a copy in the event of a loss.

• Yearly Renewal Options
  Simple: $75
  Detailed: $150
  Renovations and moves require a new inventory.
  We will update your inventory with any additions or deletions and will save it to whichever media type you prefer.

• Gift Certificates
  (We accept: Checks, Visa, MasterCard & Discover)
  Give the gift of peace of mind. These certificates are a great gift for family, friends, business owners, employees, co-workers and clients.

• Scan Documentation  
  $2.00 per page
  Make sure your receipts and appraisals are documented as well. We can scan your paperwork and add it to your CD. When it’s time to make a claim you will be well prepared to prove what you own.
